At New Smiles Orthodontics, Dr. New provides professional orthodontic treatment for patients of all ages.  Our purpose is to provide unrivaled orthodontic services with amazing results.

Early Treatment:
Interceptive treatment to guide the growth of the teeth and jaws to their optimal position.  The primary goal of early orthodontic treatment is to prevent problems that would be difficult to treat in the adolescent years.

Adolescent Treatment:
Conventional treatment in the pre-teen to early teen years, when most of the permanent teeth are present.

Adult Treatment:
Treatment when the jaws have stopped growing.  Adults often have orthodontic concerns such as crowding, missing teeth, drifting teeth, long-term problems with the bite or aesthetics.  Adults teeth can be moved just like adolescent teeth – you’re never too old for braces!

Types of Braces:

Conventional Braces – are made out of surgical steel and the arch wires are made of a variety of different alloys depending on desired tooth movement and have colored “o-rings” that make for a colorful look for kids.

Self-Ligating Braces – low friction braces that speed treatment and allow for longer intervals between appointments with the same great results of conventional braces.

Ceramic or Clear Braces – are more aesthetically pleasing and very popular with our adult patients.

Invisalign – clear, removable aligners that straighten teeth without using traditional braces.
